So to start with, you are the only company that has actually succeeded in stepping in and becoming our supplier for all of our non-managed devices (and we have a lot of those). This was achieved through the passion and believe in the products that you sell.
The Practice Supplies products are of excellent quality that equal a genuine product and on the rare basis of there being an issue, the product is changed out without question. The value is exceptional which can at times be as much as half the price of genuine consumables and when we are looking at £100+ each for some genuine consumables then that is very smart spending. I know that manufactures prefer for you to use genuine consumables but the savings are so huge that we find that we could buy replacement printers several times over. The Practice Supplies toners and consumables themselves do not cause any problems to our devices whatsoever. Practice Supplies from what I recall also place a warranty so that if a device is caused damage by one of their products then it will be repaired or replaced (I’m a bit vague about this offering as I’ve never had to use it which is a good thing).
We can place the orders over the phone and always receive next day delivery without any delay (North UK to Southwest Cornwall isn’t a short distance). We are invoiced and our accounts team makes the payment with no issues. When we place larger orders we get boxes of biscuits of which we share out amongst the staff and this is a bonus which boosts staff morale.
